As soon as we receive your order on our site, it's instantaneously transmitted to our shipping team where the address data is then automatically passed on to the delivery courier. In the meantime your products are carefully packed and boxed, ready for shipping.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-3 working days and delivery times are as follows:
- 2-7 days - Orders are shipped with DHL / UPS / your local courier

Yes we are able to ship to APO addresses, we hope to change this at some point in the future.

Yes, it is possible to ship to an alternative address. Though the billing address must be linked to the credit card or payment provider you will be using when you will place the order.

If you think your package is lost in transit or undelivered after the expected delivery date, please reach out to us right away.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you've noticed your order is shipping to the wrong address, it is probably too late to change it. Do send us an email anyway. The Logistics department might find a solution.

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, click 'Track Package' and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
